SHIPPING

Due to Sendle pausing operations, some deliveries may experience delays or limited tracking updates. Orders that were already dispatched remain in transit and are still being delivered by couriers previously operating under Sendle.

If your parcel is delayed, please know it is still on its way. We appreciate your patience during this time and will follow up where needed to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will vary based on destination, and the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times

Within Australia: Allow 2 to 5 business day (slightly longer for rural Australia)

International: Allow up to 30 business day.

Duties and Taxes

Due to recent US customs tariffs and courier changes, we’ve had to pause all shipments to the USA.  If you’ve placed an order that may be affected, please email us at hello@theglammat.com so we can assist you.  We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and will update you as soon as shipping to the US becomes available again.

Due to U.S. import regulations, orders shipped to the United States may be subject to a tariff or customs fee at checkout.

  • We do not control these charges and cannot waive or refund them.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of import-related fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@theglammat.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
