If your parcel is running a little late, please don’t worry. Parcels are usually delivered within two days of the delivery estimate.

COURIER: Sendle & Australia Post

DELIVERY:

- Metro Australia: Allow 2 to 5 business day (slightly longer for rural Australia)

- International: Allow up to 30 business days.

Parcel is "unable to be delivered"

With Sendle you are able to organise a redelivery.

Follow these steps:

  1. Head to the parcel’s tracking page (either in the Sendle dashboard or via the link in your tracking email). 
  2. Enter the parcel reference number.
  3. Hit the button that says ‘Redeliver parcel’.
  4. Follow the instructions to update delivery instructions and organise redelivery.
