  • SENDLE IS "UNABLE TO DELIVER" MY PARCEL

    With Sendle you are able to organise a redelivery.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Head to the parcel’s tracking page (either in the Sendle dashboard or via the link in your tracking email). 
    2. Enter the parcel reference number.
    3. Hit the button that says ‘Redeliver parcel’.
    4. Follow the instructions to update delivery instructions and organise redelivery.
  • THE PARCEL I AM RECEIVING IS LATE

    If your parcel is running a little late, please don’t worry. Parcels are usually delivered within two days of the delivery estimate.

    You can check the parcel’s ETA on the tracking page (https://try.sendle.com/tracking) using your Sendle reference number (looks like this: S3NDL3R). You’ll get real-time updates on your parcel’s movements and if there have been any delays with delivery. 

  • MY PARCEL IS MISSING

    If you’re worried the parcel is missing: Launch an investigation into the parcel’s whereabouts via the tracking page (https://try.sendle.com/tracking) using your Sendle reference number (eg S3NDL3R).
